Hi, is for doing a switch from an LS1 Cam to LS6 cam...
Does it matter if the heads are stick or say 243s?

Yes sir this would be the correct kit for switching from a stock ls1 cam to an ls6 cam or any aftermarket cam.

The 243 heads will gain you more power over the stock ls1/853/241 heads but you will still pickup decent gains by just doing a cam even if you're running stock ls1 heads

We could do this kit for you with the 10296 Melling pump. It would add about $40 to the kit price and we would have to get the pump as we don't stock it.
Let us know.
Thanks.
