Well after close to 4 years, my LQ4 6.0L finally runs!!

However I have one pretty big problem, she won't idle on her own. If you listen carefully I hold the throttle steady and you can her her surge and as I lower the throttle more and more she just doesn't idle and just dies.

I have already plugged all the vacuum ports prior and even did vacuum smoke test and nothing major is leaking. Any idea's?

Probably the short exhaust . It needs full exhaust to work properly.

Has the computer been tuned for the aftermarket cam etc?

+1 what Pozesd99 said, if it hasn't been tuned that's more than likely your problem.

Add to that ported heads, car intake, 4-bolt TB, surely different injectors.. You need a completely different tune. What did Howell tell you they put in there for you? Was the tune supposed to work with those mods or was it a generic 6.0 tune?
