Default 363 stroker for boost

I'm running about 10 psi using a vortecT3 VI.

I have an L33 block. With a 4.00 stroke forged crank.

The question is:

Do I go 363 or 383?

There are very few options for pistons in the 363. If I do this I'm probably looking at 9.9/10 to 1 on compression.

Also if I do the 363 the cylinder walls keep more thickness. would be a 3.800 bore vice 3.898.

Anyone out there done and 363 for boost?

Also using LS6 243 heads 64cc.

KT

I'll let the experts chime in. I don't recall anyone here doing a stock bore 5.3 stroker.

Sounds like an awesome setup for torque, but I just wonder why a stroker?

Obviously since your going boost you can make as much power as you want with the stock stroke and be more reliable?

The big reason for stroker is because I have the crank already. I was going to do 383 in my LS6 block but that is no longer an option as the LS6 block is cracked due to piston failure.

If it were me Id sell the 4" crank, gap the rings on the L33 and drop it in. Especially if your only gonna be running 10PSI.
