Default No spark or fuel?

Car is running rough so I pulled the plugs. 7 plugs look normal while 1 of them appears to be very clean. Looking at the plug it seems that it is firing but there is no fuel.
Can someone verify this for me? I wont be able to get at the car for a couple days so any info now will be helpful.

number 1 is clean but it looks it was running for some time. put a new plugs (acdelco 41-110) and check again. also remove the injectors have them ultrasonic cleaned before you start the engine on the new plugs.

So much for that..... Misfire is back so I checked the plugs, but unfortunately they are all clean, less than 100 miles. There is sign of spark on each plug. I shut down each injector 1by1 using HPT and was unable to find the issue that way. Each one, when shut off, caused a slight RPM loss and a change in the trims/o2 readings. I am going to do a compression check today. If all looks well there, what else could it be? The clean plug has me worried that it could be a HG or cracked head but that doesn't explain why it ran perfect for nearly a week.

Compression test showed 150-155 across the board...

Any ideas?

If you are getting fuel to cylinder #1, then that plug would be soaked with fuel. Sounds like an issue with either that fuel injector or the wiring to it. Could you try swapping injector #1 with another one (like #3 right next to it) to see if the problem follows the injector or not?

If the problem follows the injector, then I'd say it's bad and needs to be replaced. If it doesn't follow then at least you've ruled out the injector - perhaps in that case take a close look at the connector to #1.

Put the car back together last night, fired it up, now it runs great again. Pretty wild to say the least. Looks like I may have an issue with the harness/connectors. Does the injector portion of the harness come apart somewhere or am I looking at buying a complete one?

Thanks in advance

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd, its back!

Is it possible that having the battery disconnected is "resetting" something that slowly goes bad again? Trims? Codes? I am really at a loss now and am willing to try anything.

It starts but dies right away. If I keep on the pedal it will stay running until I take my foot off. I have spark all the way around.
Not sure what to do next, might just start throwing parts at it.

Called my tuner and he stopped by. Of course the car was running at 100% the entire time he was there. This morning I got P0327 and P0332 codes, right when it started running like crap.

Are your knock sensors wired up ok? is the connector behind the engine plugged in? Or could the wiring be pinched or cut somewhere?

I will take at look at it tonight. The harness is new and the sensors should be tuned out. Running E85 so I shouldn't have knock regardless.
Pinched wire is definitely a possibility. Would this explain the decrease in performance? Does the PCM pull timing in this case? I seem to be between 17-22degs at idle. Showing 0 KR.
