Default What happens if I do this, if anything?

Spark plug hole was damaged on driver's side cylinder head, so I removed the head. I am planning on putting the head back on with a GM MLS gasket. The original gasket was the graphite one gm put on the 97-01 cars. Apparently the graphite one is .053'' compressed and the GM MLS one could be as little as .051'' thick to 060'' thick. What happens if I have two different head gaskets, with the driver's side having an MLS and the passenger side having the graphite? What is the difference in compression ratio? Would this make the car vibrate a lot due to a slightly unbalanced motor? Does this throw off the tune at all? I hope I am just overthinking this...
