Heads recommendations for my combo
I have a 2002 ws6 trans am car. It has tsp 1 3/4 lt headers, tsp 3 ory, slp lid, slp dual dual catback, ported stock throttle body, and a 278mm 3200 circle d stall converter. I bought a texas speed 223 226 600 lift 113 lsa cam kit with polished dual springs and a titanium retainers and pushrods. I have a set of stock 243 heads. I am looking at 4 options with my cylinder heads. They are 1. advanced induction cnc competition valve job with milling on my stock 243 heads. 2. Advanced induction 218cc partial cnc port job which includes cnc valve job, ported exhaust runnners, milling, cnc machining the valve seat area of the intake ports with intake ports left as cast. 3. Advanced induction 226cc full cnc port port job with ported intake runners, combustion chambers, exhaust ports, cnc valve job plus milling. 4. Texas Speed 225cc stg. 1 ls6 port job. I am having a hard time deciding on which one of these to go with. I would like good torque, and under the curve power. I want to know which one of these heads would work best with my cam, ls6 intake, converter, and other bolt on parts that I already have. I want everything to be matched up good so it will run good on the street and the 1/4 drag strip occasionally. Thanks, im just looking for around 400 to the wheels if possible.

I'm a fan of sticking with the same company on head and cam decisions. They've likely done some research on that combo, and could help guide your decision. The AI 226 heads are awesome, but not sure they're worth any more power with that cam. I also don't know the cost difference between all those options, but TSP usually has the best price to performance ratio.
