Default trunnion Upgrade or Roller rockers with CHE bushings

im wondering which one above would be best for me. They’ll be put in PRC heads with PAC springs and the cam will be the N/A bald eagle cam. It’ll be going in my daily driver eventually since I’m working $6 an hour and commission. Every component of my engine will be coming from Texas speed since they’ve proven themselves multiple times

The CHE bushing kit is a really nice upgrade. Straub makes a popular kit as well. The stock rockers with oem bearings or bushing upgrades are plenty strong for all but the most extreme builds. As for roller rockers, if you don’t “need” them, they’re not worth it IMO.

Definitely not worth it for a daily driver. Spend the money saved towards a stall converter if your ride is an automatic 👍

I have the CHE bushings in my car with the stock rockers, they're easy to assemble and they seem to be holding up well to my constant floggings.

It was proven years ago that bushings will free up a little hp. They will be far more durable than today’s roller trunnions. I was running shaft rocker systems with bushings in my circle track engines, 20 years ago. The technology is not new, but it is new to LS engines.
