Update . Guy is claiming he had a local shop cut and restall it to 4000 and was previously a 3600... why would you let a local shop restall a yank whwn yank gives you one free restall lol and hes claiming he bought it new .. whole story is fishy as hell . But whatever. It's a good 3200 ish converter. Going back on Friday to get retuned for the flex fuel sensor and the trans/converter setup . It needs a bit higher idle now and need to up the shift points for the built trans . And possibly take out some line pressure . The shift kit in the trans makes the 1-2 hit HARD lol

If you pull the pan off you will see the 2nd accumulator housing. It will have 3 bolts holding it in. Pull the housing, pull the spring, piston and second spring and there will probably be a couple washers/ shims. Remove 1 to soften the shift, remove both to soften the shift more.
Also the 2nd apply feed hole could be drilled out way to larger.

I would not necessarily remove line pressure depending where it's at wot.

Mavn, we changed the the category of the SUM-8715 from Stage 1 turbo cam to Stage 1 LS Automotive. We think more people are likely to find it there and we needed a Stage 1 anyway. And...it's now officially called the Stage 1 LS Ghost cam in your honor. Check it out here in the description.
