More cubes and more compression are good combination for NA drag racing. 427 and 12 to 1, sounds a good plan.

What heads and what fuel? But hands down the 427 with 12:1 will make more power N/A than the others.

With limited details, I would probably go with the 427 and the lower compression. The 4.125” bore in the 427 would likely be able to fit a better head and the lower compression will be a little safer with a given shot of nitrous and fuel.
