Default LS1 cam in 5.3.... no tune?

Guy with a small car lot brought me a 5.3 Silverado that has a cam, headers, intake etc. He wants the cam removed (its either untuned or terribly tuned). The only cam I have is from a 2000 LS1. He doesn't want to spend much at all on it so my question is assuming I throw in the 2000 LS1 cam and flash a stock 04 tune into the truck should the cams be close enough to not need a tune? If all I'm out is credits and 5 minutes he's going to be a lot better off financially than having to actually tune the truck. Anybody ever done this?

What year is the Silverado?
FYI, the LM7 cam (2000-2006 or so) is 190/191, .466/.457, 114LSA, -37.5 O/L. .
The 2000 LS1 cam is 202/210, .496/.496, 116LSA, -26 O/L.
Not sure that's enough difference to mess with the tune, but I'm no expert.

It’s a 2004. 10 degrees duration difference scares me lol

Its not ideal but likely within the ability of the fuel trims to correct.
