Default ls1 rookie looking for tips, suggestions and Encouragement!

Whats up guys and gals of ls1tech, ive been browsing the forums for years but just now decided to make my own account. Im looking for tips, helpful info or just some encouragement!
So I purchased my first ls1 camaro this previous summer and shes 100% stock, im lookin to build it up this up coming season and im looking for some tips and suggestions as to what parts to buy and look for!
id like to make north of 450whp thru the m6 trans, and im still looking to have it be daily drivable if need be. Im not sure what size cam , heads exhaust or intake i need, i would like to keep the build with a budget in mind, maybe 3500-4k max for the motor, everythig else will come in the future, and yes i know the rear ends are made of glass lol. Looking to make the car a street/strip warrior lol, idk if i should do 243 heads or get better ones, or ls6 intake or the FAST ones. Sorry for such a long thread but ill appreciate every response thank you!

Get a complete package kit from Texas Speed and pay a good shop to do the work and save yourself a ton of hassle and trouble.

We've got a lot of parts in there, so let us know how we can help.

my vote goes for ws6store as well. very nice people to work with that know this platform very well and still making parts for us. i have been buying parts from them for almost 10 years. never a problem.

Our high lift asa cam with 3.73s would be great.
Made 430/420 on an sbe 99 ls1 with milled .030 unported 243s, ls6 intake, speed engineering headers, m6 and 9 inch with 4.10s
Its in another thread here somewhere.
Add in some better headers or intake or heads and handily make 450. The most impressive part is the tq though imo. real results from a real budget build
