Default balancer ls1 383
is my ls1 383 stroker with a dragon slayer crank internally balanced like stock or is it externally balanced with the balancer or flywheel?

Can I put my 383 balancer on my new 347 stock crank motor?

You can run the balancer. Your engine should be internally balanced, unless you specifically asked your builder to build the engine as an externally balanced engine.
