Passenger side has two nuts and two washers, it may be the case that the driver side has threaded bosses and the passenger side does not, but I doubt it.

What could cause a lifter to be taking if I just replace them and I have 80 psi of oil pressure. And if I had a rod or a bearing out, when I have no oil pressure or low oil pressure?

Uggh. That's not good!

It hasn’t been tuned. It’s just using the O2 sensors to run. it does have some timing in it though.

Also when I hooked up a Modis 2 Ultra scan tool to the truck it didn’t show any spark retard. And the knock sensors aren’t sending codes. So I’m super confused? What would y’all recommend? Colder plug?

Did you kill one cylinder at a time with it revved up like that to see if the sound changed?
Try this and video it so we can listen. When I listen for rod bearings I rpm it a couple specific ways. Hold the rpm steady at around 1200 or so then lightly rev it up to about 2500 or so and then slowly back down repeat that a couple of times, rev it up and down slow. Then also at about 2k and hold steady and lightly lightly flare it just 100-200 rpm or up and down a few times. Usually with rod bearings when you hold the rpm up over idle and steady the noise will calm down then jump up in volume a decent amount when you lightly/slowly flare the throttle.

the noise is always there from 1200-3500. No throttle adjustments or anything change the way it sounds or the rpm range it does it in. It’s always there. I’m really wondering if it’s tranny related and not engine, but yet again the mechanic who listened to it with a stethoscope said it was driver said upper end he could hear it pronounced on the driver side and not on the passenger side.

If it were mine I would drop the oil pan and look at some or all of the rod bearings.
Have you made sure the tq converter bolts are tight? Have you inspected the flex plate for cracks?

P0200 injector code but no CEL. Super weird, but I think it’s been pinging this whole time but with no check engine light, I put in some new seafoam deep clean injector cleaner, it was like six bucks. Prob gonna take injectors out soon and clean them.

I had that Code and had to do a crank relearn to get rid of it.

what would the be rubbing on? The mechanic who replaced my starter (saying my bendix was bad and it was retracting into the flywheel, which to his credit it was) said the TC bolts were right. Honestly it sounds so much like Flexplate/TC. I’m gonna check it out this weekend probably I don’t know. Just stumped

It sounds like bottom end knock to me. I'm a tech and have been for 20 years, what I told you to do is how I confirm it. If you make a video doing that I can listen to it and give you an opinion.

Are you sure that the converter bolts are tight and that there's not an issue with the flex plate?
