Default 5.3l,oil pumping out of block.

From what i can see,it looks as if it might be pumping out under the stud bolt that holds the transmission dipstick tube to the block ? "Could this stud hole have this type of oil pressure behind it.

I don't recall seeing the stud you are referring to. It sounds like you have checked or replaced everything up top that might leak. Did you ever check the oil dipstick tube as mentioned earlier? That would be better than having to drop the transmission to replace the rear main housing. I don't even know if there's a way to fix the broken head bolt hole issue that Darth mentioned. I really hope it's not that.

Seems like the crack was at the spot where the bracket on it is welded/attached. It was always messy on that side of the oil pan/starter area, so a slow drip. Run your hand down the stick tube, and if you feel oil I’d say that’s your huckleberry.

Thank's for the reply but that wasn't it.there's a lot oil debre built up on the stud bolt that holds the trans-dipstick tube bracket to the block,i will pay that some. Attention.

This would show oil on the inside of bellhousing,mine is pouring outside down the block somewhere around the stud bolt that fasen's trans dipstick bracket to the block.
