4.10 .055 thick vs. 4.080 .051 thick head gaskets

I have a 6.0L iron block bored to .030 and will use 243's heads with Diamond racing flat topped pistons. I wont be using turbos, just a mild cam, so which head gasket would be better?

Use the .051 gaskets. The bore is closer to what you have, too.
