After I get my car fixed and in driveable condition (very soon), I'm going to start spending money of my car the way I wanted to. Instead of jumping straight to an H/C package, I'm going bolt-ons and exhaust (thanks Fernando!). What I want to do is get an SLP lid, Green air fliter, possibly a ported MAF, smooth bellows, and a Shaner S3 throttle body. Basically, everything but an LS6 intake manifold (not yet anyway...), plus an ASP pulley. For exhaust, I'm doing either Kook's or Hooker long tube headers, Dynomax hi-flow cats, Spintech X pipe, and Spintech Sportsman mufflers, all 2.5", dumped before the axle. Eventually, I'm planning on adding a G5X2 or G5X3, and a TCI SSF3000 torque convertor, but I want to know approximately how much horsepower would I have with the new intake and exhaust? Please help.
