Default Building around a converter

Got a nice Yank converter that stalls around 3400. Wouldn’t mind some cam recommendations with the following combo.

Im picking up a LQ9 and a set of 799 heads next week. Specs to about 11:1 compression

4L80e and 3.73 gears and the car is 3200 with me in it. Oh and I will hit it with nitrous at the track, not more than a 200 shot.

I run it at the track about 8-10 times a year and put about 3000-5000 miles on the street.

I’m making an attempt at a budget build again so I was thinking about a Summit cam this time.

so which one and why?

Stage 3 Pro LS Cam 232/242 113+3, .600/.600 Lift

or
Stage 4 Pro LS Cam 238/246 113+3, .625/.605 Lift,

or

Stage 2 Pro LS cam 226/238 113+3, .600/.600 Lift

I feel like the Stage 4 cam is too big for the converter so that one is likely out.

Stage 3 or 2… since I know I’d have bought “stage 4” if I had a converter for it I should be loving 3 but stage 2 looks kinda nice for a street toy too.

so what are your thoughts here? I keep looking at duration for stage 3 and wonder if 3400 stall is gonna do it.

also any thoughts about stepping up compression with a .040 gasket? Would it be worth it or should I just run the .051 gasket.
