The 04 GTO used the same version of the LS1 cam as used in the 01-02 Camaro/Firebird.

The 05/06 GTO used the same LS2 cam as used in the 07 Corvette LS2.

I just copy and pasted it all from another site.
It's the only list for part numbers and specs for each cam i could find online anywhere.
The way it looks is someone spent a lot of time in multiple books for the info or put each cam on a cam doctor to get them.
I've just shared it for everyone to see and to make it easier to find.

I'm not criticizing, I've seen the same web page. Was a little disappointed that the GTO was never mentioned. Through my own research I've determine which version of each cam was used in the LS1 and LS2 engines put in GTOs. That info just completes the list.

No worries mate I didn't take it as criticism at all.
I searched for ages to find the info. So when i found it i thought i would post it on here so hopefully it is easier to find for others looking for this info.
Glad it is now complete as you say. I don't know if other countries have different cams in engiins.

I degreed a lot of stock and performance cams last year this is fun, We've all seen those specs elsewhere been circulating a long time, nobody I know measures advertised @ 0.004" anymore? It's always 0.006" now, regardless everybody measures @ 0.050" as the standard.

Most of these specs are very close or close enough. However, there are still some slight variances in specs even between part numbers and years I have started threads about this check them out

I know how we re in Australia during a production run with any model vehicles the manufacturer will have series 1 then 2 then 3.

Each will be slightly different from the previous series in that model so the manufacturer so can boast more hp for that new series coming out to boost sales.
So different ecu tune change camshafts change and so on.

2000 C5 specs are something I remember well, because I have a 2000 C5. The 2000 C5 LS1 cam has the highest lift of any non Z06 cam. This is important because some people swapped the 1.7 rockers for 1.8 rockers back in the day, and broke valve springs, or worse. If you run the 2000 C5 cam with 1.8 rockers (SLP was a big source then), YOU MUST CHANGE THE OEM VALVE SPRINGS!!!

FYI-On the 2002-2004 LS6 cam specs the exhaust lift is.547, not .551. That is from GM assistant chief engineer for passenger car engines John Juriga
and camshaft engineer Jim Hicks.
