Have your machine shop do a multi angle valve job for the 2.02"/1.57" valves. In my opinion there is no EXTRA machining needed. It's also important to have the machine shop make sure the valve tip height is the same as stock.
Good luck,

When the machine shop did my 2.02/1.60 valves he had to cut down the 2.02 to a 2.0185 and the exhauast went to a 1.575.I know thats being pretty exact but thats what he gave me.I am not to sure why he did this.Maybe there where some issues with the valves seating right. Or just the way he wanted them to sit in the head.

The factory seat inserts measure:
2.036" = intake seat
1.587" = exhaust seat
As you can see 2.02"/1.57" valves will fit quite nicely without seating the valves on the surrounding aluminum. Of course, I have seen some heads prepped by other shops where 1.60" valves were partially seated on the aluminum. This caused the outer edge of the steel seat to chip and break away causing exhaust to leak past the valve and seat.
