Default Pushrod hole enlarged..(pics)

Well last time I had the car in for warranty work they replaced the cam, a couple of lifters and a few pushrods. (serious overrev) anyways In the middle of my cam install I noticed this. Now should this head have been replaced? or Will it be fine and the only time this would be a factor is in another bent pushrod situation?

Looks good to me. That is what happens when a push rod has to make room for itself.

If you ever decide to go solid roller and have to enlarge the pushrod holes anyway, you will be one hole ahead.

I dunno I saw that and freaked out. I just got off the phone with my uncle, who happens to be the head of a gm service dept., and he told me everything is a o k. So hopefully tomorrow the TR224 will be in and running.

Yep, everything is fine. The pushrod doesn't ride on the metal (at least till you over rev it ) so you won't have any problems.

That's probably there because of that pushrod having been bent. Definitely no big...
