Default How can I find out a cam's grind specs?

I may be getting a camshaft sometime, and I would like to take it somewhere to have the cam speced. Is there a such thing? The reason being, well, its a long story.

Send your cam to a vendor who has a Cam Doctor or Cam Pro Plus. It will read the cam profiles down to the tenth of a degree and a thousandth of an inch in lift. Thunder Racing has one. I'm sure others do too.
