Default I am an idot, lost IAT screw during TB instal

I was on my way to replacing my throttle budy, and I dropped one of the IAT-torc screws, I couldnt find it, even though I heard it clank twice. I replced it with a Allen head screw, and it seems to be working fine.

what do I need to worry about,

I have already driven the car about 2 miles dont hear anything. I put stock everything back on, it feels the same (which is good).
the new screw has the same thread lengh, but does not have that little shoulder on the tip.

what is this lost screw going to do lost in my car(it fell through between theTB and radiator. could it of fallen in-between the fan?

any help or re-assurance

As long as it is tight, don't worry about it. As for the lost screw, you'll find it in a year or 2 when doing something retarded and go, oh yea! Don't ask me how I know.
