Default 228/232 cam NA...What heads?

Would the AFR 205s work best? With stock heads, 228/232 .588/.581 113 and mods in the sig I dynoed 385hp/421 tq and Im looking for 420+ hp NA. Is that my best option for heads? Any other affordable heads out there that will yeild those results?

What compression ratio do you want for a NA motor? forced induction?

id say with that cam youd probbly see really good gains with some afr's
420 shouldnt be an issue if you go that route

probbly have to guess around 430ish for hp but im not sure on your tq 420stock heads seems like it may have been a spike or something should be around that after the heads though

i dont see 420+rwhp happening with the AFR's or any other head actually with your current setup. the tranny, stall, and gears are prevent that. your fighting an uphill battle against dyno numbers. should haul some serious *** down the 1320 though

TC was unlocked...darn thing never would lock up on the dyno. Say I dont make the numbers on the dyno. With my current setup on stock heads (385/421) I ran 11.6 @ 117 with a 1.67 60' and 3545 RW are 10s possible with those heads and 3300-3400 RW?

linda (camarocain) is in the 10's with 409rwhp from here TSP h/c package ~3400 RW.

i'd worry less about an arbitrary hp number and more on dialing in your setup; suspension, tires, ect. i think you'll need a bigger stall as well.

yea th-400 and 4000 stall is in the near future....just dont know if I should get teh tranny or the heads 1st. Im thinking get the tranny first so Im sure it will hold the power. I dont think the 4l60e is gonna last much longer!
