Cam is in ... misfire ... need some help please

Cam is in ... misfire ... need some help please Ok, we put the TSP 233/239 cam in this last weekend. Along with TSP pushrods, ti retainers, ported LS6 oil pump, double springs, and LS6 intake. Started the car up after after everything was installed and it was fine. Had to adjust the throttle to keep it idle until tuning, but that was all. Let it warm up, turned it off, and started it up again for awhile. Then drove it up and down the street and everything ran fine. On my way back home (install was at a friends house) the car lost all power and SES light was flashing. From searching I know that is from a misfire. Checked all the plugs and seen that one of the wires was not fully on, so I fixed that. Started the car back up and the misfire was not there anymore. Idled fine, so I took it for a spin, and the same thing happened. Need suggestions on what to check please.
We also removed the EGR since we swapped intakes. Can this cause problems without tuning?

couple things. did u do a crank varation relearn. prob not cause u need a scan tool, but i have seen this clear up misfires at idle. u sure u didnt get any chemicals or water in the knock sensors? also check the spark plug that the wire was off of, chances are that it is fuel fouled. it should look wet almost and smell like fuel. only other suggestion is to take the car for a wot run and see if it clears up.
