Hissing/whistling sound after H/C

I just installed a F13 today, have the whistle when driving just off idle, really have not checked anything out yet but it's def. not a intake leak. Intake was torqued to 5nm then 10nm and checked numerous times for air leaks. I agree with Louis as far as the whistling noise will be more present when removing the oil cap(easier just to pull the dipstick) if that is the problem.
