How big can big can you open up 6.0L or AFR 225 casting head chambers in cc's?

How big can big can you open up 6.0L or AFR 225 casting head chambers in cc's? I was thinking of using heads to drop my compression ratio for future forced induction since I already have a forged 347. I know AFR has a 72cc chamber on their head, and I'm not sure how much more you could open it up, and the same goes for the 6.0L heads.
A 76cc chamber would yield a 9.1:1 CR on my car which would be comfortable enough for me to consider throwing some good FI at it.
Any other suggestions? I know that dished valves would drop compression a bit too. Would running a bigger cam bleed off compression (hopefully not at the cost of cylinder pressure)?
