How big can big can you open up 6.0L or AFR 225 casting head chambers in cc's?
I was thinking of using heads to drop my compression ratio for future forced induction since I already have a forged 347. I know AFR has a 72cc chamber on their head, and I'm not sure how much more you could open it up, and the same goes for the 6.0L heads.
A 76cc chamber would yield a 9.1:1 CR on my car which would be comfortable enough for me to consider throwing some good FI at it.
Any other suggestions? I know that dished valves would drop compression a bit too. Would running a bigger cam bleed off compression (hopefully not at the cost of cylinder pressure)?
