Which GM head gaskets, 241 head on a 1999 LS1 block and most compression?

First off, yes I have read the LS1 CC compression sticky..

I am putting a set of ported 241 castings on my 99 LS1 (Stock Bore and pistons). I know GM makes a few different head gaskets for the LS1.

They have these 2 different ones?
12498543 - 97-01 LS1 Engine Head Gaskets
12498544 - 02-04 LS1 & LS6 Engine Head Gaskets

Is there anything else I can use?
There are Felpro options as well??? But have have no clue as to the numbers.

I want the MAX compression I can get with these heads and this block. But I dont want to run an expensive ass Cometic gasket.

My main questions are what gaskets do I run? and what is their compressed thickness?

Thanks
Steve

2 options only......

High $$$ Cometics..... .045" compressed

Low $$$ 97-01 GM Graphite..... .054" compressed

You would have found this with the search function..... :)

Which is better? Will it be that much of a difference in compression? I need to get my gaskets asap...
