Default What does a PRC dual valvespring KIT consist of?
It doesn't say on the TSP web site what all comes in the "KIT". Does anyone know?

The PRC kit comes with
Springs, (.660 lift coated 1.3" springs)
Titanium retainers
Cups,
Seals

By cups i'm assuming you mean spring seats?

Also I read they are designed for stock locks, so no locks are provided, you just re-use your own, correct?

Yes they work with your stock locks. Correct cups means spring seats.
