You are using a large three-jaw puller, right? It helps if you drill 1/16" into the center of the bolt head to give the puller a way to stay centered.

hey man i just finished getting that damn bolt off about 30 minutes ago.... took me for fucking ever...... i actually took my I pipe off of my car and thru it over the breaker bar.. locked the flex plate in TWO places and literally used a 5 ft extension of pipe and basically jumped up in the air and grabbed onto the end and prayed about 3 times lmao....

oh man, just wait till u install the pully puller, took me 30 minutes to realize it went inside the pulley not outside... DOH!

I just called you and your phone cut off. Is it a man. or auto? Is the crank turning when you try too break the bolt loose.

Man I don't know why you guys always want to do this the hard way; a good impact gun or just laying the breaker bar over the frame rail and hitting the starter will break that bolt loose in a microsecond.
