Default Biggest Valve on 4.030" Bore

Guys, what is the biggest valve that you can fit on a 4.030" bore with ls1/ls6/AFR/All Pro heads? This is assuming stock valve centerlines (I want to use my current shaft rockers).

2.100 will go if you do the machine work to get it in the head.

What about the 2.15's that will go in the all pros? I guess it's too early for anyone to know for sure.

I do not know if the 2.15 will go in the production spacing, 2.100 is pushing that spacing.

we like to stick with a 2.08 valve on a 4.030 bore. We ussually do not use a 2.100 unless it is on a 4.100 bore.

Thanks guys. Brent, I'm assuming you guys stick with the 2.08's because of the shrouding. Can you get enough air through a 2.08 opening to feed a 408 at around 8000rpm?

Hey Brent, are you guys planning on running any programs in the All Pro Heads. I understand there is enough material to almost get 300 ccs out of the intake port. Not saying I need them that big but maybe the bigger ports (260cc ish-280cc ish) would be beneficial to a max effor n/a effort with a big solid roller.

Like Brent said if you need a 2.15 valve, the head porter probably didnt do his job very well

We are an All Pro dealer but the wait was out a bit for castings. I am sure we will do something with them soon or later. We are not really fond of the combustion Chamber they have. But other than they they look decent.
