Default HELP...A squeek type noise when I turn the motor over by hand

Hey guys! I need your help again! I just finished my cam install for the most part and while testing it all out I was rotating the engine over by hand, by the crank, and I heard a squeek that sounded like a rubber gasket of some kind. Any ideas? It rotated over fine I just heard a little rubber squeek at only one point in the rotation. The dots were perfectly lined up too btw!

Do I need to take things back apart and redo something?

T.I.A!

So I assume you bought a new gasket for the front cover / crank, right? Did you grease the lip? If not, maybe it's rubbing a bit on the crank surface..
