Question How much are these worth?? Heads

Im looking to sell a set of LS6 243 heads.
they cam off a 02 zo6
CNC did them, and then hand ported them.
They have a fresh valve job, springs are in great shape, cut a little .020 i think it was.
they where run for maybe 10 passes with a 230 cam since valve job and springs where redone.
I know i paid $1,000 core, $2,100 CNC, $500 for clean up and new 5 angle valve job and install new springs, $300+ for new springs

what are they worth??
Thanks

hard to tell with out pictures... and because they sound like a custom head it will be hard to get over $1,500.... not saying they aren't nice but just because they are a "shelf" head it will give you a beating

just my thoughts any ways...

hahah

nah... im waiting till this winter to splurge for a long block - the cam....

i need the afr 225s that will fit nicely on a iron 408 souped for a F-1r blower..

i've talked to LME and they will be doing it for me... if goes as planned...

i would get those heads flowed on a big named sponsor bench and take some detailed pictures... i know how much those heads can cost and how much detail has to be taken... but its like trying to sell a cut and overhauled 98-02 f-body... everyone wants a fast car but they dont trust the original owner

i think if you had TEA or Tony mamo flow them and take pictures you could possible get 2k$ for them...

good luck!

Tyler

Right now they are at Pat Mussi's shop getting flowed.
then they are going to another shop to compair #'s.
pics are no problem, and the fact they where done by CNC Cylenderhead, the # is easy to folow, and Pete could fill the new owner in on all the detail.
good luck with your motor, sounds sweet.
I just got the afr heads. very nice stuff.
