What's the optimal compression for my setup?

Looks like I'll be buying yet another shortblock... this time I'm going the absolutely brand new/guaranteed route. Nonetheless, I'm pretty sure I'll be going with an iron block 408 setup since there are so many good deals out. The deal through FFHP gives the option of -2 or -15cc reliefs in the pistons. Now, I will be running stock 6.0 heads (72cc) that were brand new about 200 miles ago when I got my prior engine and also my 244/248 .635/627 112 +4 cam that I had in the 375 iron block. My goal is to have a N/A street monster, aka get the best bang for my buck in terms of compression on this engine. I rarely take it to the track but might consider a 100-150 nitrous shot down the road in a year or two. *Cue my questions on compression* What would be my optimal compression for this setup? And what combination of reliefs/gasket thickness should I run to get this? I also have a set of 5.7 heads that I would consider getting refreshed if they would benefit me better. However, aftermarket heads are out of the question now, so no use for those suggestions, and I'll be running on 93 pump gas.
