Can Comp OE lifters hold 7200 rpm Reliably?

Can Comp OE lifters hold 7200 rpm Reliably? Getting all the parts together and really like the Morel lifters, but they are pricey. The comp OE's seem to be a popular lifter, but can it spin 7200 on occasion without harm. Probably only see 7K regularly, but on the spray it might need the 7200 on 4.10's to make it through the lights. I'll spring for the morels if I have to, but I don't want to!
