My H/C combo numbers are below, and only slightly better then yours.

After doing alot of research about AFRs, I have learned that these heads perform best with cams that have 4 degrees higher on the exhaust side with a minimum of 224 intake duration. For my own taste, I wanted my car to be mild mannered and have stock like idle yet pull hard and smooth at WOT. So I chose the AFR cam.
I dynoed at 415.7RWHP 383.7RWT. Although I didnt peak much higher, the torque curve is flat and the power under the curve is excellent! That is exactly what I wanted out of my car.
Driveability is still excellent; no bucking, no surging, and I can still cruise as low as 1000rpm without issues. You cannot feel any shake or lope inside the car. To me, details like that is important. At WOT this car is an animal, very easy to go sideways if your not careful. I have to re-learn the limits of this car all over again but its alot of fun to drive. Car sounds very nice too when you get on it.
Anyway, its all about combination when doing H/C setups and what you want out of your ride so choose your parts wisely if your going to go N/A
Heres a small vid clip of my car at idle...

I'll be installing almost the same combo on my Camaro. The only differences will be 62cc heads and a 0.040" gasket. It will be dyno and drive tuned by "Slowhawk" @ Dez Racing (hopefully!).
I can't wait!

Ask slowhawk if he can do Speed Density tuning. That is the latest tune style and is alot more customizable than LS1 edit. (more tables available to him) thats my next mod from ECS.

I just got back from speed inc. with the set up in my sig. Very similar to eamador- I pulled 429hp and 392 torque with the 4.10 rear and some pretty heavy Z06 repros/nittos- I'm really happy (understatement). Plenty of upside to my setup if I want to chase the last few numbers----- but I'm not sure that I can be convinced to spend any more $ on my car (yeah right).
I'll post the graph when they send it to me.

I did some 30 to 100 runs tonight and it pulls like a freight train. Confirmed that 4k clutch slips on hot drag radials make my Luk Stage 2 smoke like a brush fire. Guess I'll try and save some coin and try for an LS7 clutch.

eamador11, it's a great setup and the ECS guys are great too. I dyno'ed 420/388 with the same setup and that's before the LG long tubes and Crane rockers.
I had switched to the Vinci 228/232 .551/.551 112 with the Crane 1.8 rockers. The car made great power between 3000 - 5000 RPM's (sorry, no dyno), but I could feel the difference down low as well as in drivability, so I switched back to the setup listed in my sig.
Again, it is a great, drivable setup that is proven by many users to get good track times and a lot of grins.

you also proved once again, bigger cams isnt always better, its really about h/c combination.

I'm on the fence right now as i'm thinking of going with the AFR G5X3 Fast 90/90 LG headers route as this has made over 480rwhp if the heads are milled to 59cc-then Tony with heads milled 3cc less and a cam with about 10 degrees less duration makes just as much power?

wow thread back from the grave! I kept the springs that came with the AFR heads that were sold by TSP... They are Patriot Gold Duals...which I believe are the same as 8019 only without the gold paint......pushing 35Kmiles on them now.
