I've seen posts with LS1's listed as 347's. The original bore is 3.898 (according to JRP's FAQ section[and quoted from Chevy High Performance magazine]).

Mine was just forged and bored to 3.905, is it still a 346 or is it a 347 now? :confused:

Yeah, a Mahle forged piston kit was installed. The stock displacement is actually 345.8 thus, making it a 346 CID. Though most people could probably care less, I was just curious if the +.007 bore would make the math work out to give it a 347 CID. Apples and oranges, I guess.
