Default What plugs for high compression NA motor?

It is 11.5 to 1 using 93 octane in a street car. No nitrous for now. Is the TR55 still he right plug to use?

When I had mine tuned, I had bosch +4's in and the tuner hated them because they run hot. He was having knock issues and recommended I use TR6's and tuned for them to be installed. Before I switched I was having 2000rpm pinging on 93. I installed the tr6's gapped to factory specs and runs great.Stupid me, the first time I put them in I left them at gapped at 37.The car would hardly start and was running like ****.So go back in and regap.Nothing like two plug changes after a hard day at work.
I'm at 10.8 cr

My motor is only 10.4 to 1 and runs better on tr6's. I picked up mph at the track and am happy with the way they perform. I put tehm in for the nos but they worked better for motor for a year before I ever put the nos on.

I use tr6 on anything over 11.0-1. The colder plug will help you run a little more advance.

I'm running Tr-6's, at stock plug gap. They are working great for me. I get all the advance i need, and no knock. I'm at about 10.9:1

I wouldn't run TR6's on a stock non-nitrous engine, I've had them foul before when I was off the bottle. I would run TR6's if you close to 11:1 SCR, doubt they will foul with the higher cylinder pressure. TR55s would probably also be fine, might be trial and error to figure out what works best with your combo. I'd go with TR6's.

What you fellas think of AC Delco Iridiums ( .040-.045 gap) or other ? What gap should they be at for a cam only car if i should go w/ them?

TR55 N/A cam only would that cut it?

I also run the TR6 plugs N/A and N2O, no complaints here. Also, something to remember, Generally, for every 50 hp that you add you need to decrease the gap by .004.
