What's the diff. between a TR224/224 on a 112 and 114?

Whats the diff. between a 112 LSA and 114 LSA? Anythingn that can be changed or corrected with a tune?

Lobe Separation Angle

112 used to be the choice for M6, while 114 for A4's, when tuning wasn't as available as it is now.

112 peaks sooner in the rev rage. 114 spreads the power delivery out, peaking a bit later.

112 on that cam has a light lope to it. 114 slight chop.

Yeah there isn't a huge difference. Main difference is in the sound. Some people like a more aggressive sound and go 112LSA.
This as said above will also make the cam peak a bit sooner.

How bout passing emissions, which is a must here for me....will the 112 fail?

Does your state do tailpipe inspections or OBDII? If its OBDII you could go with a 102 lobe seperation, if such a thing exist. lol.
