Are these springs as good as PRC's/Patriots?

Hey everyone. I've heard the name REV springs thrown around a few times, and found some on eBay and wondering if they would be any good. Here's the description I came across:

Set of 16 REV(Racing Engine Valves) #1116 dual valve springs with seats. New, never installed, these were bought in bulk and not packaged individually. They are intended for use on LS1/LS2/LS6 engines but may fit other applications. Here are the specs I have:

The 1116 springs will setup @1.840" with the supplied spring base and seat pressure will be 130lbs. Open pressures range from 340-380lbs depending on lift. The springs will handle up to .620" lift safely providing the valve tip height location is at the stock measurement of 2.00". This is measured from the tip of the valve stem to the pad location on the head. (Be sure to remove all shims and spring bases before measuring).

So are these any good? Can they handle as much as the PRC's or are they really only as good as 918's in terms of lift?

use the patriot spring kit, no questions asked. We have had problems with some of the REV springs.

I agree, every time I seem to see a post on REV springs it is because one broke. Go with the Patriots, PRC's or Cranes if you are looking for a dual spring.

Our springs are a great product. It is hard to top them in performance, quality, and value. Our spring kits retail for $255.00 and are a complete kit with the Orginal Patriot Gold dual springs, Titanium retainer, Super 7 locks, machined springs bases, and viton rubber seals.

I bought the PRC dual spring, seats, and titanium retainer kit from TSP...I think I paid like $250 for it and I have 15,000 miles on them and no problems..in my book that is a bargan..the springs are good to 650 lift

PRC dual spring kit is just amazing overall. For $250 you can't go wrong. I wouldn't go with anything else.
