What's the rpm range on this cam?

What's the rpm range on this cam: TSP Torquer 1 233/233 .595 .595 ?

I would imagine 1800-6400 just like the v.2. However, assuming you have stock heads, the cam will peak much lower... probably around 6k. Just a guess though. Everyone's setup is different.
