Default This sound familiar????

K guys.... this is the problem. Just awhile ago I changed my chip on the shift light to increase it to 6600. When at a dead stop, I nail it but when it gets up to 6500 or so the engine like cuts off. No electrical issues. But the minute I get off the gas and shift it, its like normal and revs high through the rest of the gears. I have a fuel pressure gauge and it usually reads aroun 50 psi when at WOT. I noticed that the FP dropped to the 40's but I don't know if the comp is doing it or its just happening because of the enging cutting off.

thanks.

You say "when it gets up to 6500 or so...". Are you using the tach to determine that or logging?
