where's the Ausy guy with the stroker cranks
 

he said that they were going to be finished around chrismass but i never heard anything else yet. i was wondering if he ever got a price yet.

I'm on the list for one, have had money set aside. Another post has been brought up a few times, with no reply. We were pretty much assured they would be out by christmas, but they don't seem to be reading this site anymore. My money is going to be spent somewhere else. I can wait, but not forever with no word.

I sent him a private message which was never read. Saw a thread about the cranks posted the above an the thread got deleted.

I cancelled when it became clear to me, the cranks would be external balance, require an external balancers and use a Ford journal size. Not something I want to do since I have an ATI dampener that cost 1/2 of what the crank would have.

Seems to me if you can get the Lunatic kit for $3,200 that's pretty close in price to what the COME set up would end up costing: crank + new rods + new pistons + external balancer + new flywheel + machine work to balance it all together as an assembly.

Unfortunately, they promised they would be ready by Xmas, and here we are still waiting... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
You can call them direct if you like, always could. We still want to buy in bulk and ship them over, but need them first, and we wanted to strip test them first too, so we know they are right.
Hang in there if your still interested, I know we have spent lots of $$ elsewhere in the meantime too. Know how you feel.
