New springs and roller rockers!!
 
im kinda new to this area of the engine. I got a set of 1.7 roller rockers for my 99 Z28 and a set of .560 lift springs. are these a R&R or do i need to measure or get new spring seats. forgive my in experience, are there any tips or tricks that anyone knows for putting on new springs and roller rockers on stock heads? thanks!!

You might want to get some titanium retainers.

Get a source of air (compressor with a small tank), fittings, a spring compressor, and a magnetic wand (to grab the keepers).
