Default Stock Springs Torquer2

Do You Guys Think It'll Be Ok If I Drive A Car With Stocks Springs With The Torquer 2 In It, I'm Putting The Cam In My Self But I Don't Have A Compressor Or More Performance Or The Like Spring Tool, I Need To Drive It 50 Miles To The Shop, To Have The 918's Put On.

Hell NO !!!

Also if you use 918's you better shim them to .100 coilbind.

I hope youre talking about suspension, cause theres no way your valve springs would handle that cam.

Buying a cheap socket kit and a $30 valvespring compresor will be a hell of a lo cheaper than the cost of an install.

Or drive to the shop to have the springs changed before you do the cam install.

You don't need a compresser, just a 30 dollar spring compressor and use the TDC method. I didn't even take out my spark plugs. Yeah its a PITA but it works perfect. You'll save 200 bucks on labor. Just go to LS1howto's and follow the tutorial its easy.

I will say this though I'd spend that 200 on a used aircompressor it makes the entire job MUCH easier.
