Default Which Valve Springs for a F14?

Well, I believe I just bought me a F14 cam But I need some valve springs. Which springs would you guys recommend for this cam?

i put in patriot golds, dual springs good to .650 on lift. you can get everything ( seats, seals,springs, ti' retainers and locks) for 255.00 from our sponsors

i put the PRC golds with my F14 but i havent installed my motor yet. i've been assured that they are good springs though.

Any dual spring thats good to .650" lift will be fine!

I have Manley springs on mine. The PRCs were just to hard to get to worry about 50 dollars.

The Patriot Golds will work well for this application. You can't be the deal... a complete kit with Patriot Gold springs, Super 7 Machined locks, Ti retainers, machined spring bases, and viton seals, all for only $255.00 !!

PRC Golds are from Texas Speed. I think you are safe with either though
