i have the A.F.R 205 w/g5x4 cam and other supporting mods.m6 car 12bolt w/4.11's. car made 463hp 413.8tq on a mustang dyno. stock weight w/150 shot car went 10.2's last year.(last year when i went 10.2's,i had the g5x3 cam) this year i should see 9.8's or 9.9's 1/4mi. AFR has a GREAT product, look around the board the AFR heads are top performers. good luck to ya.

Sorry to fall a bit off topic but you can refresh my memories as to the specs of the G5X2 and X3 cams? Oh yeah, i vote for the AFRs also as they have been more battled tested and perfected to date and are much more readiliy available!!

The X2 is 232/240@ 114 or 112, and the 3 is not published. I think it's about 238/244.

Thanks, off topic, seems like the X2 would make a good blower cam on a 114 lsa, for my D1SC applicaton running up to 14ps, on a stock cubed forged shortblock. What do you guys think?

I would go with the AFR's using the G5X3. Check my sig. Go with the 59 cc 205's and get that compression up a little. You will have to flycutt. DO NOT USE the Cometic gaskets. I had nothing but problems at LG Motorsports. They tried and couldn't get them to seal. Went with the factory ones and have had no issues. Call Bobby at LG and get his opinion. 1-972-429-1963

I hear ya. You could always use some extra thick gaskets, or go with 62 cc instead of 59 cc so the compression isn't an issue for the 92 octane. Good luck. Let us know how it turns out
