It's ALIVEEEEEE!!!One issue

Well guys. The MS3 along with all my other componets are in. Fired the car up and it started right up and ideled at 900. I was soo happy. BUT then i saw there is a little coolant leak in the back of the intake. So after work ill pull the intake and hope its an easy fix. Could only be the little coolant pipes right? Anyhow, there was no valve train noise, and ideled for about 3 min right at 900 RPM's. Man im happy

holla

so is the coolant pipe the only thing that could be leaking back there.

did you ever take the intake off in the first place to do the cam?

killaz Jun 8, 2006 08:46 PM

yes it was off, replaced it with a LS6 intake

SSRZ28 Jun 8, 2006 09:08 PM

well then id say its the coolant lines

Joel_SS Jun 8, 2006 09:51 PM

Yeah probally the collant lines. If you did heads as well make sure you put a plug in that hole on the rear passanger head

killaz Jun 8, 2006 09:56 PM

i did not do heads. Is this plug on a set of stock heads? Could i have knocked it out?
