How many miles before AFR heads need to be reconditioned?

How many miles before AFR heads need to be reconditioned? I'm going to get a new short for my car and was wondering what if anything should be done with my AFR's with 10k miles.

The seats and valves are robust and should not need attention. My AFR 205s flowed within 1-2 cfm of what they flowed new with 8k miles on them. Check springs and clean thoroughly. Have fun.
