Where's my oil coming from

I'm getting oil in my intake and in the rear intake runners of my heads. Number 5 and 7 plugs are soaked 7 is the worst. I have all of the pcv blocked off and still getting it. Could it have something to do with the f'd up tune in my car and really be more fuel than anything or is there something that could be causing oil to get in there.

sounds like valve seals change seals on 5 and 7 or change them all and i bet it fixes it
