224/224 with ls6 springs???

ive got a set of ls6 yellow springs and a 224/224 .561/.561 114 that Im wanting to put in my wifes ta. will these springs work or do I need to order some 918's? Its an auto stock stall so it wont be spun fast and will never see past 6300.

Thanks in advance!

More like a rebuild after a valve smacks a piston. 918s in the least.

Shim the springs to .050 from coil bind, no issues.
Just do a 15k check as maintenance and always let the car warm before driving (Think the wife can remember that? ;))
